Cignal officially rebrands its men's and women's volleyball squads as the "Super Spikers," marking a new era of innovation and championship ambition.
The Cignal men’s and women’s volleyball teams have officially entered a new chapter, rebranding themselves as the Cignal Super Spikers.
After more than a decade of carrying the HD Spikers moniker, Cignal made the decision to refresh its identity in line with its expanding presence beyond pay television.
The “Super Spikers” name pays tribute to Cignal Super, one of the brand’s growing digital and streaming platforms, and represents the organization’s renewed drive to achieve even greater excellence both on and off the court.
More than 10 years later, the media landscape has changed and evolved so much that Cignal has also adapted by offering more content through streaming services and digital platforms such as CignalPlay, PIlipinas Live, and Cignal Super.
The Cignal women’s team will officially carry the “Super Spikers” name in the 2025 PVL Reinforced Conference, as the squad sets its sights on finally capturing a long-awaited PVL championship.
The newly rebranded club also welcomed Jewel Encarnacion as its latest addition ahead of the tournament.
