With her medal haul in hand, Kendra Kramer marks a promising step forward in her swimming journey.
Many first knew Kendra Kramer as the bubbly little girl from the Kramers’ family videos.
Today, she’s channeling that same energy into a growing passion: swimming.
The daughter of San Miguel Beermen veteran Doug Kramer and actress Cheska Garcia-Kramer recently reflected on her journey after finally earning medals and personal bests in competition—a milestone that didn’t come easy.
“I still remember this exact swim meet last year, I went home empty handed but with lots of inspiration from my bigger sisters in the team,” Kendra shared.
“Fast forward today, 1 yr later, I was able to finally bring home some medals and PBs. ?? I still have a long way to go, but this is a good first step in the right direction! Me against me!”
Her growth drew warm cheers from Olympian Kayla Sanchez, who told her: “You are just amaaazee. congrats girl.”
Cheska, ever the proud mom, also commented: “I’m always proud of you. I will always support you and pray for you in everything you do and for all your future goals and plans. I love you always!”
Kendra recently joined Sanchez at the Philippine Aquatics National Tryouts 2025, grateful for the lessons and inspiration she gained from one of the country’s top swimmers.
From family vlogs to podium finishes, Kendra’s story is still being written. What’s clear now is that she’s embracing the long road ahead—one swim, one stroke, and one personal best at a time.
