Aja Wilson produced another offensive masterclass, dropping another 30-point game on the same night the Golden State Valkyries set a new WNBA record with their latest victory.


ACES, VALKYRIES STAY RED-HOT; SPARKS, STORM SURVIVE IN THRILLER 

  • Las Vegas Aces (20-14) def. Phoenix Mercury (19-13), 86-83: Reigning MVP A’ja Wilson came up with another big-time performance as the Aces stretched their winning run to six games, holding off the Mercury in a thrilling finish.

Wilson exploded for 30 points for her league-leading seventh 30-point game of the season, adding 16 rebounds on top of going 14-for-15 from the free-throw line.

  • Golden State Valkyries (18-15) def. Chicago Sky (8-25), 90-59: The streaking Valkyries shot the lights out in Chicago, draining 14 threes en route to a 31-point romp of the Sky.

Cecilia Zandalasini recorded 20 points, four rebounds, four steals and three assists to spearhead a fourth straight Golden State win in the process.

  • LA Sparks (16-17) def. Dallas Wings (9-25), 97-96: Kelsey Plum unloaded 28 markers for his second straight game with 25 points or more, pushing the Sparks to a thrilling road escape against the Wings.

Dearica Hamby added 20 points and 10 rebounds as Paige Bueckers, who ended up with a game-high 29 markers, missed a potential game-winning three-pointer in the final seconds. 

  • Seattle Storm (17-17) def. Atlanta Dream (21-12), 80-78: Skylar Diggins recorded a 21-point, 11-assist double-double to help the Storm snap a six-game losing streak at the expense of the Dream.

Despite Atlanta scoring the first 12 points of the fourth quarter, Seattle managed to hang on and ended the Dream's five-game winning streak.

  • Washington Mystics (15-18) def. Indiana Fever (18-16), 88-84: Rookie Sonia Citron scored 12 of her 21 points in the fourth quarter to anchor the Mystics’ 13-point comeback against the Fever.

Kiki Iriafen contributed a strong double-double with 18 markers and 12 rebounds, helping Washington to their second consecutive road win after dropping their last three.
