Mexico's Renata Zarazua will take Eala’s spot in the main draw for the WTA 1000 event, which will run from August 7-18.
Earlier this week, Eala made her debut at the Omnium Banque Nationale in Montreal, Canada, marking her return after a brief break from competition.
However, the Filipina star crashed out in the opening round with a tough 6-3, 1-6, 2-6 loss to former Wimbledon champion Marketa Vondrousova.
During the match, the 20-year-old’s left shoulder was wrapped with kinesiology tape, confirming the injury concerns she had been dealing with.

Despite the early exit, Eala remained positive and reflected on her time in Montreal.
"Montreal was a short but sweet trip. I had so much fun out on court! Time to rest and recover," wrote the world no. 65 player in an Instagram post.
Looking ahead, Eala is preparing for her US Open main draw debut in mid-August, following her earlier maiden Grand Slam appearances at Roland Garros and Wimbledon.
