Akatsuki Japan sharpshooter Keisei Tominaga is officially headed home, signing with Levanga Hokkaido for the 2025–26 B.LEAGUE season, the team announced.

Tominaga, 24, joins fellow national team standout Dwight Ramos in Hokkaido, marking his first stint in Japan’s top-tier pro league after several years playing abroad.

The former Nebraska Cornhusker went undrafted in the 2024 NBA Draft but signed an Exhibit 10 deal with the Indiana Pacers and later played for the G League affiliate Indiana Mad Ants (now Noblesville Boom).

Tominaga made waves internationally after averaging 11.4 points for Japan in the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup, where they clinched a spot in the Olympic Games in Paris the next year.

He was also Japan’s second leading scorer at the 2022 FIBA Asia Cup with 15.2 points per game, solidifying his reputation as one of Asia’s premier perimeter threats.

Levanga Hokkaido are looking to rebound from a 21-39 finish last season.

Ramos, who averaged a B.LEAGUE career-best 11.4 points in the previous campaign and re-signed with the team, is expected to form a dynamic duo with Tominaga as the club aims for a turnaround year.
