Arvin Tolentino is taking his talent overseas.
This is after the KBL team Seoul SK Knights have announced on Friday, May 30, that they signed the former NorthPort Batang Pier for the upcoming 2025-26 season.
The shocking news came just days after NorthPort traded away Will Navarro to the Magnolia Hotshots in exchange for veteran Calvin Abueva, Jerrick Balanza, and a second round-pick.

By bringing aboard Tolentino, the Knights released former Asian Quota import Juan Gómez de Liaño.
A two-time PBA champion and the reigning Commissioner’s Cup Best Player of the Conference, the 29-year-old finally ended months of speculation of whether he would commit long-term for the Batang Pier or explore overseas options.

Tolentino averaged 17 points, seven rebounds, and six assists in limited action for the Batang Pier, who currently sit outside playoff contention with a 1-6 record.
He joins a Seoul squad that finished runner-up to Carl Tamayo’s Changwon LG Sakers in the 2024–25 KBL season.
