The last time Randy Schneider, Bjørn Martin Kristensen, JeffersonTabinas, and Sandro Reyes shared the pitch, they each found the back of the net.

This time, they’re back—ready to deliver another statement.

The Philippine men’s football team (PMFT) has announced their 24-man squad for the upcoming 2027 AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers showdown against fellow unbeaten side Tajikistan on June 10, Tuesday at the New Clark City Stadium in Capas, Tarlac.

Match time is at 7:00 p.m. in a battle between the co-leaders of Group A that emerged victorious in their opening fixtures a couple of months ago.

The Philippines routed Maldives, 4-1, on March 10, while Tajikistan took home a one-nil win over Timor Lester to also claim three points in its opening fixture.

Joining Schneider, Kristensen, Tabinas, and Reyes in the roster are goalkeepers Kevin Ray Mendoza, Quincy Kammeraad and Nicholas Guimarães

Amani Aguinaldo, Paul Tabinas, Jesper Nyholm, Adrian Ugelvik, Josef Baccay, Scott Woods and Christian Rontini make up the backline while Manny Ott, Zico Bailey, Oskari Kekkonen, and John Lucero man the midfield.

André Leipold, Dov Cariño, Santi Rublico, Gerrit Holtmann, Dylan Demuynck, and Jarvey Gayoso rounded up the strikers’ pool.

The Pinoy booters aim to make a strong case for Asian Cup qualification as only the group winner will earn an automatic ticket to the 2027 AFC Asian Cup in Saudi Arabia.

After Tajikistan, the Philippines is slated to face Timor Leste on October 9 and Maldives again on November 18, before capping off the round with a potential decider against Tajikistan on March 31, 2026.
