Kiefer Ravena stays put in Japan as the former Gilas guard re-signs with the Yokohama B-Corsairs for the next B.LEAGUE season.
Kiefer Ravena isn’t going anywhere.
Ravena has officially re-signed with the Yokohama B-Corsairs for the 2025–26 B.LEAGUE season, the team announced on Tuesday, May 20.
He averaged 9.8 points, 3.8 assists, and 1.9 rebounds in nearly 24 minutes across 52 games in his return campaign to Japan’s top-flight basketball league. Kiefer won the B2 title last year with the Shiga Lakes.
The 30-year-old scored in double figures 25 times, capping the season with a season-high 23 points for the B-Corsairs in a narrow 72–75 loss to the Fighting Eagles Nagoya.
Yokohama missed the playoffs with a 24–36 record, finishing seventh in the Central Conference.
However, Ravena also continued to raise the Filipino flag high in Japan, suiting up for the Asia All-Stars in the 2025 B.LEAGUE Rising Star Game, joining fellow Pinoy standouts Dwight Ramos, AJ Edu, Ray Parks, and Matthew Wright.
