One Sports will be providing broadcast and streaming coverage of the 2025 Palarong Pambansa — the country’s largest youth sports competition — as Ilocos Norte hosts the prestigious event from May 24 to June 2.

Viewers can tune in to One Sports, One Sports+, and the Pilipinas Live app for real-time action from across key venues.

Themed around both national pride and local heritage, this year’s edition is marked by the unveiling of an official logo featuring a pixelated human figure inspired by Ilocano Olympic swimmer Teofilo Yldefonso’s iconic form.

The design integrates the Ilocos Norte inabel weaving tradition, including motifs by National Living Treasure Magdalena Gamayo, and is colored after the Philippine flag.

The Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte and the Department of Education (DepEd) have been ramping up preparations for the country’s biggest youth sports event.

The event is expected to draw around 15,000 student-athletes, coaches, and officials from across the country.

Upgrades and renovations are already underway at the Ferdinand E. Marcos (FEM) Memorial Stadium and the Centennial Arena, which will serve as primary hubs for the competitions.

First held in 1948, the Palarong Pambansa is an annual multisport event organized by the DepEd. It aims to promote physical education and sports development, discover emerging athletic talent, and build camaraderie among student-athletes nationwide.
