West top seed Oklahoma City recorded the second largest playoff comeback, on the same night the New York escaped a thriller in Detroit and the LA Clippers dominated Denver at home.

- OKC Thunder (3-0) def. Memphis Grizzlies (0-3), 114-108: The Thunder completed the second largest playoff comeback since the play-by-play era (1997-98), wiping out a 29-point deficit to stun the Grizzlies for a commanding 3-0 edge.
- New York Knicks (2-1) def. Detroit Pistons (1-2), 118-116: Karl-Anthony Towns and Jalen Brunson became the first pair of Knicks teammates to record 30 or more points in a playoff game, pushing the Knicks past the Pistons and to a 2-1 East series cushion.
