Pelita Jaya used a strong second half to surge past Thailand’s Hi-Tech Basketball Club, scoring a 99-81 win to open Group B play over in Mongolia Wednesday.
Brownlee went for a nice all-around outing of 11 points, nine rebounds, and six assists, while four others scored in double figures for Pelita Jaya.
Muhammad Guntara and JaQuori McLaughlin led Jakarta with 20 points apiece.
