Aside from playing with the Strong Group Athletics, Dwight Howard has found himself another team to play for in the Philippines.

In an unlikely collaboration, the one-time NBA champion decided to meet up with YouTuber and vlogger Cong TV.

In his vlog, Cong shared some of his recruitment effort in bringing in basketball stars for his “Cong’s Anbilibabol Basketbol” team.

This included his trip to Japan where he met with up with Kiefer Ravena of the Shiga Lakes.

Cong would then go on to show his meet up with Howard as well as his “negotiations” with the three-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year.

The only condition that Howard had for the vlogger was for him to “play shooting guard and come off screens and shoot like Manny Pacquiao”—which Cong gamely agreed with.

The final agreement between the two jokesters?

P75 for two minutes and one quarter.

All jokes aside, Howard has been making sure that his time in the Philippines will be one that he and Filipino fans will remember for a long time.

Currently, Howard and Strong Group are battling it out in the 33rd Dubai International Basketball Tournament where the team has a 2-0 record.

After their Dubai stint, it should come as no surprise if Howard decides to come back to the country to film more content and give smiles to the Filipino people.
