Rockets guard Jalen Green's blazing special kicks scream Filipino pride

Jalen Green made Filipino fans very happy.

The Filipino-American guard showed Pinoy pride on Thursday as the Houston Rockets hosted Filipino Heritage Night.

He got some photos with fans inside the arena.

And then he wore his namesake adidas BYW Select Philippines ID. It featured a blue colorway with red accents for the left shoe, and a red colorway with blue accents for the right. Both also had yellow details from the Philippine flag.

The Rockets won that game against the Charlotte Hornets, 128-110, with Green making 23 points, four rebounds, three assists, and two steals.

He especially made two fans' day by giving away those shoes after the game.
