Pru Life UK gives families a way to get out and about and start a healthy lifestyle through PRURide Philippines, the country’s largest cycling festival.
The much-awaited event is bigger and better with two legs—May 21 in Clark, Pampanga and May 28 in Cebu.
“This year’s PRURide Philippines will be more fun and exciting as we are looking forward to many Filipinos and families joining us. PRURide Philippines seeks an impactful return after a two-year hiatus.
“For two years, medyo nahirapan tayo, we came from a pandemic and now is the time to celebrate. Now is the time to bond with family and friends, to be outdoors, stay healthy and enjoy life,” said TV personality and PRURide PH Advocate Kim Atienza during the launch of PRURide Philippines 2023.
Cycling does make for a good bonding time, but it also connects you to a community.
"Sa pagbabalik ng new normal, it's good that we see our riders come back out, get their bikes, and not just ride out on the road, but ride together,” said TV Host and PRURide PH Advocate Gretchen Ho.
In today’s age, when mental health is at a premium, cycling also poses a benefit, as it can help reduce stress and improve overall mood.
“We are firm believers that movement is medicine and cycling is the best way to get your hearts pumping to live a healthy lifestyle,” said content creator and PRURide PH advocate Sara de Guzman.
Gran Fondo
Seasoned and casual cyclists can participate in the Gran Fondo, a timed and safe ride covering 30, 60, and 100 kilometers.
Virtual PRURide PH
This is a virtual race that both professional and amateur cyclists can join in Clark and Cebu to win exciting prizes. Watch out for details on Pru Life UK’s Facebook page!

Kid-friendly activities and a five-kilometer group ride for the family will surely be a hit!
Free Concert
PRURide Philippines 2023 will culminate with a free concert by a top OPM band both in Clark and Cebu.
