Look who's back: Jack Animam works up a sweat in Manila return

Jack has come home to play.

It's only the start of February, but the grind continues for the Gilas Pilipinas Women.

Check out who just joined them in practice this Thursday.

Fresh from her stint as the first Filipina import in the Women’s Chinese Basketball Association (WCBA), Animam donned the blue Gilas Pilipinas jersey and joined her local teammates at the PhilSports Arena.

Last year, the Gilas Pilipinas Women took home the silver medal in the 32nd Southeast Asian (SEA) Games. Now, they are buckling up for a busier 2024.

Wuhan Shengfan is currently 14th in the WCBA with an 8-18 record. Their next assignment is against Tianjin Zhongxin on February 17.
