Utah Jazz guard Jordan Clarkson is suiting up with the Gilas Pilipinas blues while wearing sweet feet music too at the FIBA World Cup starting August 25.

The Gilas Pilipinas star is partnering with ANTA Group Philippines to exclusively wear ANTA footwear in all their FIBA World Cup games. The deal was formalized at the Bonifacio Global City on August 19.

The agreement could go potentially beyond the FIBA World Cup, as a long-term partnership is being discussed with the 2021 NBA Sixth Man of the Year's camp.

"The FIBA World Cup is arguably one of the top basketball tournaments in the world. To have one of the top players in the world showcase ANTA at the highest level of competition reinforces our confidence that our brand produces the best basketball product in the market right now," said ANTA Group Philippines General Manager JP Paglinawan in a statement.

Clarkson will be joining a list of NBA players wearing the China-based brand such as Golden State Warriors' Klay Thompson and Kevon Looney—who will also be heading to the Philippines, Dallas Mavericks' Kyrie Irving, Charlotte Hornets' Gordon Hayward, Los Angeles Clippers' Terance Mann, Washington Wizards' Daniel Gafford, and Toronto Raptors' Precious Achiuwa.

Clarkson is expected to be the main man for Gilas Pilipinas as the host team takes on Dominican Republic at the Philippine Arena on August 25, Angola at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on August 27, and Italy on August 29.
