Blacklist International is recoded with a new EXP laner.
Not a rebuild, but an "evolution."
Blacklist International presented its new roster for Season 11 of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL), which includes former Nexplay EVOS player Renejay "RENEJAY" Barcase.
He will come in as an EXP laner, as Salic "Hadji" Imam will be taking a break, along with gold laner Kiel "OHEB" Soriano, analyst Mark Jayson "Eson" Gerardo, and coach Kristoffer "BON CHAN" Ricaplaza.
"Agents, this is BLCK.Renejay, showing you a different kind of Hitman. I’m ready to #BreakTheCode," Renejay posted.
He also made this vow to Blacklist as he thanked them for taking him in.
"Lahat ng pagkukulang ko at mga mali ko sa dati kong team, hinding hindi ko dadalhin sa inyo. Ibibigay ko best ko at ipapakita ko na kaya ko rin," he wrote on Facebook Thursday night.
Renejay has already got a taste of being part of Agents, when he played as a stand-in for Blacklist during the SIBOL qualifiers. This time, he will help the MPL Philippine champions defend their title.
Also joining the team are rookies Jon Redick "Super Red" Bordeos and Archer "Archer" Perez as gold laners. Kenneth Carl "Yue" Tadeo, whom the Agents played against in the SEA Games selection combine, will play as mid/support. Analyst Dexter "DEX STAR" Alaba is promoted as assistant coach, while Aniel "MasterTheBasics" Jiandani will take over the helm of the squad.
The Vee-Wise tandem still stands strong with Jonmar "OhMyV33NUS" Villaluna as captain and tank/support, while Danerie "Wise" Del Rosario will play as jungler. Season 10 Finals MVP Edward "EDWARD" Dapadap will also be an EXP laner for Blacklist.
Blacklist fans, meanwhile, certainly embraced their new players.
