Only Cambodia stands between the SIBOL MLBB women’s team and a spot in the Grand Finals of the 2025 IESF Southeast Asia Qualifier.
With poise and firepower, the SIBOL MLBB women’s squad stormed through the group stage unbeaten at the 2025 IESF Southeast Asia Qualifiers.
Team Philippines capped its dominant run with a 2-0 sweep of Thailand on Wednesday, September 3, following earlier victories over Myanmar and Vietnam to complete a perfect 3-0 record in Group B.
By topping the bracket, SIBOL set up a semifinal clash against Group A runner-up Cambodia (3-1), while Group A leader Malaysia (4-0) faces Myanmar in the other knockout pairing.
Only the champion and runner-up will advance to the 2025 IESF World Esports Championships, raising the stakes as Southeast Asia’s best battle for regional pride and a global berth.
