Team Liquid PH moved one step closer towards a maiden MLBB Mid-Season Cup (MSC) title after sweeping past Aurora Türkiye, 3-0, in their best-of-five quarterfinal affair on Wednesday, July 30.
The reigning MPL PH champions now advanced to the semifinals for the third consecutive year, taking on ONIC Indonesia once again after they demolished Myanmar’s Mythical Seal in their quarterfinal matchup.
Earlier in the tournament, Team Liquid PH rallied to overcome ONIC ID in a thrilling best-of-three group stage encounter.

Star jungler Karl “KarlTzy” Nepomuceno kicked off the series with a commanding performance, delivering a flawless 5-0-8 KDA on Lancelot to secure a dominant win in Game 1 for Team Liquid PH.
In Game 2, gold laner Kiel “Oheb” Soriano took over, securing a Maniac kill on Granger and posting an outstanding 10-0-5 KDA that pushed TLPH to match point.
TLPH wrapped up the series in style with mid laner Alston “Sanji” Pabico contributing a vital 3-3-5 KDA on Pharsa, helping his team complete an impressive 18-minute victory and send Aurora Türkiye packing.
"We just improved our mechanical skills, how we played our heroes, and just [did] some briefing regarding the drafting [of heroes],” head coach Rodel "Ar Sy" Cruz said on his TLPH’s preparations heading to the match against ONIC ID.
Later, ONIC Philippines seeks to join Team Liquid PH in the semifinals as they face Team Spirit in their quarterfinal matchup.
