Alas Pilipinas ended their 2025 FIVB Men’s World Championship campaign with a tough five-set heartbreak at the hands of Iran, 25-21, 21-25, 25-17, 23-25, 20-22 at the Mall of Asia Arena on Thursday, September 18.
Iran now becomes the last Asian team standing in the global joust, with the Philippines, Japan, South Korea, and China all eliminated during the pool phase.
