Tickets are now on sale for the FIVB Men's World Championship opening night on Sept. 12, featuring Alas Pilipinas vs Tunisia and a live performance by K-pop group BOYNEXTDOOR at the Mall of Asia Arena.
A historic night awaits Filipino fans as the Philippines gears up for its first-ever hosting of the 2025 FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championship, which will open with a thrilling blend of world-class volleyball and K-pop entertainment on September 12 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
The opening day festivities promise a unique experience as Alas Pilipinas Men faces Tunisia at 5 p.m., followed by a grand opening ceremony headlined by global K-pop sensation BOYNEXTDOOR, the official celebrity ambassadors of the event.
“It will be one night to remember in the history of world volleyball, and the Philippines will be right in the middle of everything,” said Ramon “Tats” Suzara, president of the Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) and the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC).

This marks the first time in FIVB World Championship history—men’s or women’s—that the opening ceremony will feature a concert atmosphere, complete with a live performance by BOYNEXTDOOR members Sungho, Riwoo, Jaehyun, Taesan, Leehan, and Woonhak, who will perform their biggest hits for the fans.

Prices range from P14,000 (Patron Center) to P1,500 (General Admission), ensuring options for every fan eager to witness this historic fusion of sports and entertainment.
