Alas Pilipinas Men takes the spotlight in New York for Serve-Spike-Unite 2!, featuring a volleyball clinic, meet-and-greet, and an exhibition match against Fil-Am Nation Select on June 1.
Filipino volleyball fans in the United States are in for a treat as Alas Pilipinas heads to New York for the second installment of Serve-Spike, Unite!
The much-anticipated event, organized by Fil-Nation Select in partnership with the Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF), is set for June 1, 2025, at the Saint Francis Preparatory School Gym in Fresh Meadows, New York.
More than just a showcase of elite volleyball talent, the event provides a deeper connection to the Filipino community in America.
Prior to the main event, the PNVF will hold a Senior Men’s Volleyball National Tryouts on May 31.
Alas Pilipinas will then host a free volleyball clinic for young athletes, offering them a rare chance to learn from the country’s best. VIP ticket holders will also get exclusive access to a meet-and-greet session with the national team, giving fans a chance to interact up close with their volleyball idols.
Capping the evening is a highly anticipated friendly match between the Alas Men and the Fil-Am Nation Select team.
Alas Men will fly off to New York tomorrow, as the men’s volleyball squad gears up for bigger international campaigns, including the 2025 AVC Men’s Nations Cup and the 2025 FIVB World Championship.
